Dylan Miller · 12-week coaching for blue-collar men 18–30

The body is built. The man is forged.

Built for long shifts · unpredictable schedules · real life

The real problem

Your plan was never built for your life.

You do not need another six-day split, crash diet, or speech about wanting it more. You need a system that survives overtime, exhaustion, missed lunches, and the days motivation disappears.

01 / PLAN

Stop guessing

Know exactly what to train, what to eat, and what matters most this week—without living in the gym.

02 / STRUCTURE

Fit the workweek

Your training and nutrition work around your shifts, commute, equipment, physical workload, and recovery.

03 / STANDARD

Stop restarting

A bad meal does not become a bad weekend. A missed workout does not become another month off.

Be honest with yourself

Forge is not for every man.

This works when the right man follows the right system long enough to let it work.

This is for you if...

  • You work long or unpredictable hours
  • You are skinny, overweight, or tired of spinning your wheels
  • You want structure without living like a full-time bodybuilder
  • You are willing to track, communicate, and be coached
  • You want discipline that carries into work, faith, and relationships

This is not for you if...

  • You want a shortcut, detox, or miracle supplement
  • You expect results without changing your habits
  • You disappear when the week gets hard
  • You refuse honest feedback or accountability
  • You need medical treatment instead of fitness coaching

You do not need a perfect schedule. You do need to be honest, coachable, and willing to work.

See If You Qualify

Strength changed my body. Discipline changed the direction of my life.

Why I built Forge

I built what I needed.

I started underweight and tired of knowing I was capable of more. Building muscle changed my body. Keeping the promises required to build it changed the direction of my life.

I have worked in HVAC, roofing, welding, factories, heavy equipment, and sales. I know what it is like to finish a brutal shift with no energy left and still face a choice: build yourself or make another excuse.

I created Forge for men who live that life. The goal is not just a better physique. It is a stronger body, deeper faith, better habits, and the discipline to show up for your work, your relationships, and the life God gave you.

What we build

The Forge Code

The physique is visible. The standard behind it is what changes a life.

01

Strength

Build a body capable of carrying the demands of your work and your future.

02

Discipline

Keep your word when motivation disappears and nobody is watching.

03

Faith

Build with humility, purpose, gratitude, and responsibility before God.

04

Brotherhood

Stop isolating. Accept accountability and become a man who strengthens others.

05

Legacy

Become dependable at work, at home, and in the family you are building.

How the coaching works

One plan. One call. Daily execution.

You will not spend every day on a call with me. The system gives you clear direction, support when needed, and enough responsibility to build independence.

01 / PLAN

Know what to do

Your workouts, nutrition targets, habits, and schedule are built around your goal, experience, equipment, and actual workweek.

02 / EXECUTE

Track the work

You train, eat, and log the behaviors that matter. When overtime or life hits, you use the backup plan instead of quitting.

03 / ADJUST

Review every week

We review the numbers, solve the biggest problem, and adjust the plan based on your progress, recovery, and workload.

What you receive

Coaching—not another PDF.

A plan only matters if it fits your life and changes when the evidence says it should.

03Weekly 30–45 minute coaching call
04Habit tracking and weekly check-in
05Direct messaging and plan adjustments
06Hard-week and overtime protocols
07Final plan for continuing on your own
The Forge standard

Only you can build your life.

We are not chasing perfection. We are building men who keep their word. I provide the system. You provide the work. When you fall off, you correct it. You do not disappear.
Straight answers

Before you apply.

No hype. No hidden promise that twelve weeks will magically fix your life. Here is what the program actually expects.

What if my schedule changes every week?

That is exactly why Forge exists. Your main plan includes backup options for overtime, missed meals, travel, limited equipment, and hard recovery days.

Do I need to train six days a week?

No. Your training frequency is based on your goal, experience, workload, and recovery. Most men need a plan they can repeat—not more days they cannot sustain.

Will you tell me exactly what to eat?

You receive calorie and protein targets, meal structure, food options, and jobsite backup plans. The goal is to teach you how to make solid decisions without depending on a rigid menu forever.

Do I have to be Christian?

No. Faith is part of why I built Forge and it will never be hidden, but you will be treated with respect. Faith-based coaching is included for men who want it.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Be honest on your intake. Fitness coaching does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. You may need clearance or care from a qualified healthcare professional before training.

Are results guaranteed?

No honest coach can guarantee a specific result. I guarantee a clear system, direct coaching, and adjustments based on the information you provide. Your outcome depends on execution, consistency, starting point, and individual response.
